We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days.
📦 How to Return
- Email support@trenvico.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving return instructions
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Trenvico is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Here is what we offer instead:
- Wrong item received: Full refund OR store credit — your choice, return shipping paid by us
- Damaged/defective item: Full refund with photo proof — no return needed
- Changed your mind: Refund minus return shipping cost (paid by customer)
- Want a different product: Return for refund and place a new order
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items without original packaging
- Personal hygiene products (for safety reasons)
💰 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
- Bank processing may take additional 2-3 days
- You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve it within 24 hours — no return shipping needed for damaged/wrong items.
