We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days.

📦 How to Return

  1. Email support@trenvico.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
  4. Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving return instructions
  5. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Trenvico is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Here is what we offer instead:

  • Wrong item received: Full refund OR store credit — your choice, return shipping paid by us
  • Damaged/defective item: Full refund with photo proof — no return needed
  • Changed your mind: Refund minus return shipping cost (paid by customer)
  • Want a different product: Return for refund and place a new order

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal hygiene products (for safety reasons)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-3 days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve it within 24 hours — no return shipping needed for damaged/wrong items.
